This Cookie Policy explains how LabCare uses cookies and similar technologies on its public website and Service. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy and U.S. Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored on a device. Similar technologies may include local storage, pixels, tags, SDKs and other technologies used for functionality, security, analytics or advertising measurement.

3. Strictly necessary technologies

LabCare may use technologies required for authentication, security, session management, fraud prevention and core Service functionality. Disabling them may prevent portions of the Service from working.

4. Analytics technologies

LabCare may use analytics technologies to understand public-site performance and usability. Where required by applicable law, non-essential analytics will be used only after appropriate consent.

5. Advertising and measurement technologies

LabCare may use advertising or conversion-measurement technologies on appropriate public marketing pages, subject to applicable consent requirements. These technologies may measure visits, registrations or permitted conversion events.

6. Consumer Health Data boundary

Advertising technologies are not intended to collect laboratory results, biomarkers, uploaded reports, Health Scores, personalized recommendations, My Health Timeline information or other Consumer Health Data from authenticated protected areas. LabCare does not intentionally use Consumer Health Data for targeted advertising.

7. Protected account areas

Third-party advertising trackers are not intended to be deployed in Diagnostic Hub authenticated upload flows, My Health Timeline, individual laboratory results, biomarker dashboards, Health Score results or personalized recommendation surfaces. Necessary first-party technologies may operate there for authentication, security and Service delivery.

8. Sensitive URLs and event data

LabCare seeks to prevent advertising technologies from receiving URLs, event names, custom properties or parameters that disclose Consumer Health Data. Health information should not be intentionally included in advertising pixel events, conversion parameters or advertising audiences.

9. Cookie choices

Where required by law, users will be provided with controls for non-essential cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary technologies may remain active because they are required to operate and secure the Service. Browser settings may also be used to manage cookies.

10. Current tracking state

At the effective date of this Policy, the production website package does not intentionally include Meta Pixel, Pinterest Tag or Google advertising tags on authenticated health-data surfaces. If advertising measurement is introduced, it must follow the boundary described in this Policy.
