1. Data we process
Depending on the feature you use, LabCare may process your email address, account identifiers, general profile information, uploaded laboratory reports, extracted biomarker values, report dates, selected health focus, generated educational reports, subscription status, and support messages.
2. Temporary processing and optional archive
Public one-time intake may use temporary processing. Registered members can explicitly choose to save selected reports and extracted values to My Health Timeline. The permanent archive is optional and user-controlled.
3. Service providers
We may use Netlify, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, and OpenAI after configuration. Their use must be disclosed and contractually reviewed before launch.
4. Payments
Payment card and wallet details are collected by Stripe-hosted components. LabCare does not store full card numbers.
5. Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the chosen product. Timeline members can request account, report, and biomarker deletion, subject to legal obligations.
6. Security
Planned controls include encrypted transport, private storage buckets, row-level access policies, server-side secrets, access logs, and least-privilege administration.
7. Health information notice
LabCare is an educational wellness service, not a medical provider. Do not market the platform as HIPAA compliant without a formal assessment and required agreements.
