1. Educational service
LabCare organizes user-submitted laboratory information and generates educational explanations, trend views, and discussion questions. It does not diagnose disease, provide treatment, prescribe medication, replace a clinician, or evaluate emergencies.
2. User responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the documents and for checking report accuracy with a licensed professional.
3. Plans
Starter is a one-time report. Plus and Premium are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe until canceled. Final refund and renewal terms must be shown at checkout.
4. AI limitations
Automated extraction and generated explanations can be incomplete or incorrect.
