Automatic renewal
For recurring plans, Stripe charges the saved payment method on each renewal date. Your account dashboard displays the current plan and next billing date after Stripe and Supabase are connected.
Manage or cancel
Use the secure Stripe Customer Portal to update your card, view invoices, change plans, or cancel immediately or at the end of the current billing period.
Receipts and failed payments
Stripe can send receipts and billing notices. LabCare can also send branded reminders through Resend after the email workflow is activated.

Before you subscribe
When will I be charged?
Starter is charged once at checkout. Plus and Premium are charged at checkout and then on each recurring renewal date shown before purchase.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Once Stripe Customer Portal is activated, members can cancel from the Billing page or account dashboard. Cancellation can be configured to take effect immediately or at the end of the paid billing period.
Does LabCare store my card number?
No. Payment details are handled by Stripe. LabCare stores only limited billing identifiers and subscription status required to provide access.
